New Millennium - New Technology

Paxton-Mitchell Company continues to move forward in improving our systems to become more efficient and increase our molding capacity. To achieve this, we have selected Roberts Sinto FBO Series 1620 Flaskless Molding Machine. To accompany the Sinto, Paxton-Mitchell has added the "Kiss-Matic" Automatic Handling System, duplicating the system that is currently installed on our Hunter-20 machine. The "Kiss-Matic" is a completely automated, 100% hydraulic system that receives molds from the molding machine and routes them from metal pouring to shake-out.

The Sinto replaced a series of antiquated Jolt Squeeze molding machines, while increasing mold production by 60%! The Sinto system will also operate with a significant reduction in labor. The primary characteristics of the FBO Series are 1) consistent mold hardness and density, 2) rapid core-setting and 3) high quality castings that significantly reduces finishing time. We believe the addition of the new Sinto system is another indication of Paxton-Mitchell's commitment to providing the highest quality product, at a competitive price, and delivered on time.
